Our story
Kentucky Building Company grew out of years of hands-on interior and exterior renovation work across Nicholasville and the surrounding area. As the projects got bigger — full custom homes, complete remodels, decks, siding — the business grew into a name that matched the scope of the work.
Today KBC handles it all under one roof: custom homes, remodeling, decks, and siding, all built by a crew that treats every job site like it's their own.
Every project is licensed, insured, and run by a single point of contact — you'll never be chasing down five different people to find out what's happening in your own home.
If something changes the timeline or the budget, you hear about it immediately — not at the final walkthrough.
We build things the way we'd build them in our own home, not the fastest way to check a box.
Clean job sites, protected floors, and a crew that treats your home like it matters — because it does.
Kentucky Building Company is licensed and insured to work in Kentucky. A certificate of insurance is available on request before any project begins.
Based in Nicholasville, we serve homeowners throughout the surrounding Central Kentucky area.
Every project starts with a conversation, not a sales pitch.
